Each student will be connected to a mentor and be part of a support group that will walk through their transitional journey as a campus student to a young working adult.

Impact Programs

55% of our profit for all paid programs will allow us to run free programs for youths and young adults from B-40 communities. These programs aim to help trainees develop the right attitude, adopt a growth mindset, equip them with soft skills and train them on work etiquette to empower them to achieve their own success and fulfillment at work and in life.

Customized Training Programs

We believe in developing a program specific to our client’s needs. We use an approach that respects the availability and learning styles of the trainees, allowing them to pick and choose topics/programs that work for them while still delivering the learning they want and need. This can include, but is not limited to, self-assessment surveys with personal feedback, attending in-class sessions, engaging in business simulation games and role-playing and conducting the workshops in the Malay Language. We are flexible in including content that best suit our client’s budget and needs.

Our Methods

Coaching Methodologies

We adopt coaching into our training programs because coaching is one of the most powerful ways to bring out the best in people. The International Coaching Federation (ICF), defines coaching as “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspired them to maximize their personal and professional potential”. This is unlike the conventional learning methods that usually come in forms of advice or instructions. When people take charge of their own action steps instead of being told what to do, they will take ownership and be more accountable to achieving their own goals.

Experiential Learning

We believe in the saying that “actions speak louder than words”. Applying what you have learned comes with practice. Our training programs support trainees in practicing what they have learned through activities that will help them get a deeper understanding of how to apply it in their workplace and in life.

Continuous Learning

Habits develop overtime and transformation can only be sustainable when we continuously practice and apply what we have learned. Our training programs are designed to help trainees develop the right attitude, character and skills over multiple sessions in order to weave their new learning into parts of their everyday life. On top of that, we provide mentorship support for trainees in order for them to learn accountability by checking-in with their mentors to help them stay on track in achieving their goals and of course to let our trainees know that they are not alone on their journey to success.
